Admission Requirements for Pre-K and K
- Age of Child (Pre-K and K)
Incoming Pre-K students must be 4 years old by August 31st of the current school year.
Incoming Kindergarten students must be 5 years of age by August 31st of the current school year.
- Documents needed (All Students)
A copy of the child’s birth certificate.
A copy of the child’s immunization record. Record will be reviewed by administrative assistant for compliance with state law.
A copy of the child’s Baptismal certificate (if Catholic).
Requirements for First Grade and Up
- Documents needed (all students)
A copy of the birth certificate.
A copy of the child’s immunization record (Record will be reviewed
by school administration for compliance with state law).
A copy of child’s Baptismal certificate (if Catholic).
A copy of the most recent standarized test score
A copy of student’s Report Card.
