FACTS MANAGEMENT

OLPH partners with the FACTS Tuition Management Program to manage our tuition payment program.  In addition to providing convenience for our families by providing multiple options for payment, your payment is secured through bank-to-bank transactions.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Option 1: Payment in Full (3% discount)
    • A single payment paid in full to the school on or before July 10. Discounts are only applicable for families not receiving financial aid/discounts of any kind.
  • Option 2: Monthly Payments (FACTS only)
    • Administered through FACTS, a ten-month and a twelve-month payment plan is available with due dates August through May. Automatic bank account drafts (ACH) are made on either the 5th or the 20th of the month.

Tuition Refund Policy:

Families must notify the school in writing/email if a student is to be withdrawn from the school. Full tuition for the current month is required if a student attends school for any part of the month. All other tuition payments and fees are non-refundable.

  • If tuition is being paid monthly through FACTS Management, there will be no refund and FACTS automatic payments will stop the month after date of withdrawal.

Families who apply for admission after the school year begins will be assessed tuition on a pro-rated basis.
